As
part of our 1st semester M Ed curriculum , Dept of Educational
Technology in collaboration with KITE Thrissur and IQAC organized a Three day I C T workshop on
EDUBUNTU for 1st M Ed students, I A S E Thrissur.

Theprogramme started with a prayer by the college music club team. The welcome speechof the programme was delivered by Dr. Pradeep Chandran.B, Asst. professor in Educational Technology. Dr. Happy PV, Principal in charge of IASE Thrissur, presided over the function. The programme was inaugurated by Sri. Ashraf.M , District Coordinator of KITE Thrissur. Dr. Santhosh Areekuzhiyil, Asso.professor, M Ed & IQAC Coordinator of IASE delivered the felicitation speech. The vote of thanks of the programme was done by Aiswarya V , fine arts secretary of collge union 2022-23.
The first day of
the workshop was handled by the resource
person Smt. Geetha .C.R, Master Trainer of KITE. She explained about the
importance of EDUBUNTU in education. The morning session of the programme was
started at 10.30. Initially, she introduced EDUBUNTU. 
She explained about the importance of EDUBUNTU in education . The morning session of the programme was ended at 1.15pm.The evening session of the programme was started at 2.pm.As part of the workshop she gave a task, The task was to prepare a document in Libre office on the basis of certain instructions. We did that work very well. The evening session was ended at 4.pm.
